Memorial Service

With bowed heads and humble hearts,we recognize, God of all holiness, that
You gave our saints different gifts on earth But one holy city in heaven.
Give us peace to follow their good example, that we may know the joy you have prepared for all who love  you, through Your Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

This is a special moment in our Church Anniversary Service when we pause in remembrance of loved ones who have fought the good fight, who have finished their race, and who have kept the faith.

​

There is a link death cannot sever, love and remembrance last forever.
There is strength in remembering those of the past. The good times, their struggles with success.

​

There should be reference and thankfulness for those who have been called from labor to reward. Since our last Church Anniversary God has called one servant
from their labor to their reward.

O God of both the living and the dead,We praise Your holy name for Your servant who have finished their course in faith.

Our heavenly Father, we thank thee for the great blessing of
thy loving presence with our church across the changing years.

We thank God for the members who have blessed our church
with the longest membership as well as our most recent
member.
